Verna Solutions

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

Overview

This policy explains what personal data Verna Solutions collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have over it. We collect the minimum data needed to respond to enquiries and understand how the site is used — nothing more.

Data we collect

We collect data in two ways:

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, optional company name, the project details you choose to share, and your selected budget and timeline ranges.
  • Analytics: aggregated, privacy-respecting usage data (pages visited, approximate region, device type) via Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individuals. If Google Analytics is enabled, it collects standard usage analytics as described in Google’s documentation.

How we use your data

Contact form data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if an engagement follows, to conduct it. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing. We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent.

Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which content is useful and how the site performs.

Cookies and analytics

This site’s core analytics (Vercel Analytics) are cookieless. A single localStorage entry stores your dark/light theme preference — this stays on your device and identifies nothing about you. If Google Analytics is active, it may set cookies as described in Google’s privacy documentation.

Third-party services

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to operate this site:

  • Vercel — website hosting, analytics, and performance monitoring.
  • Resend — delivery of contact form notification emails to our inbox.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — invisible bot protection on the contact form; it processes limited technical signals to distinguish humans from bots.
  • Google Analytics — optional usage analytics, only if enabled.

Data retention

Contact enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement, and are deleted on request. Analytics data is retained per the respective provider’s standard retention policy.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and comparable laws (including the CCPA), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, request its deletion, and object to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us — we respond to all privacy requests within 30 days.
