We are a small Manchester team. You work directly with the founders, from the first conversation through to the design, build and handover.

We aim to reply within a day. This is a typical response target, not a guarantee. We try to cover enquiries throughout the week, including outside office hours, but do not guarantee 24/7 availability. We aim to complete reported issues and agreed changes within a week, depending on their scope and complexity.
We do not provide routine monitoring as standard. Health checks show the last result known to Verna, not a guarantee that a site is currently available. Please report problems through your client dashboard or contact Sam.
We include technical SEO foundations such as page titles, metadata and a clear page structure. Search visibility depends on many factors; we cannot guarantee rankings, traffic or sales.
